Burglary is charged in Greeley and Weld County when a person is accused of unlawfully entering somewhere to commit another crime, often Theft. A group of women were recently arrested in a brazen Second Degree Burglary after bringing a U-Haul to take the loot. According to the report, a son went to his father’s home and saw three women around the home with a U-Haul in the driveway. He immediately called the police and when officers arrived they caught the women outright. Law enforcement confirmed that there was signs of forced entry. What’s more, the U-Haul was apparently stolen as well. Two items – a couch and an oven are still missing. The women admitted to moving them, but they were not found on the truck.
