A man was recently arrested for enticing a child to create and send him child pornography, and used a rouse of charitable donations. According to the report, the man promised a 15-year-old he would donate $2,500 to a fundraiser if she sent him a topless photo. He continued to ask for photos and videos and even threatened to post the ones she already sent if she didn’t comply. He was caught and admitted to his actions, including that he had some victims as young as 9 or 10 years old.
